Let Us Help With the Repair Process.

Collision repairs can involve insurance estimates, adjusters, supplements, parts approvals, and multiple stages of documentation.

Our team works to keep that process organized. We inspect the vehicle, review available claim information, document collision damage, and communicate repair-related information as needed throughout the repair.

See How the Process Works

Estimate Review

Already have an insurance estimate? Bring it with you and we'll review it along with the vehicle damage.

Damage Documentation

Collision damage is inspected and documented as the repair plan is developed.

Supplement Assistance

If additional related damage is discovered during disassembly, it can be documented for insurance review.

Repair Communication

We keep you informed as your vehicle moves through the collision repair process.

YOUR VEHICLE. YOUR CHOICE.

You Choose Where Your Vehicle Is Repaired.

Your insurance company may recommend a repair facility, but you can choose the collision repair shop you want to work with.

If you choose Zizex Collision Center, we'll review the vehicle, the available insurance estimate, and the repair requirements with you.

Choose a repair facility based on who you trust with your vehicle.

Contact your insurance carrier and obtain your claim information.

Vehicle Inspection

We inspect the collision damage and review any existing insurance estimate.

Disassembly

As damaged components are removed, previously hidden collision damage may become visible.

Supplement

Additional related damage is documented and submitted for insurance review when necessary.

Repair

Structural, body, paint, and related collision repairs are completed.

Final Delivery

Your vehicle receives a final inspection before it's returned to you.

INSURANCE SUPPLEMENTS

What If More Damage Is Found After Teardown?

An initial insurance estimate is often based on damage that can be seen before the vehicle is disassembled.

Once repairs begin, additional collision-related damage may become visible. When that happens, the additional damage can be documented and submitted to the insurance carrier for review.

WHAT IS A SUPPLEMENT?

A request for review of additional repair operations, parts, or damage that was not included in the original estimate.
